Hello I’m Louise and I am a Psychotherapist based in Liverpool. I've been practising since 2016 and in private practice since 2018.
I work with adults aged 18+ in individual and couples therapy.
I enjoy helping people to reach their potential and become the best version of themselves. When I'm not working, I like going hiking, travelling and going to coffee shops.
My qualifications include; Certificate in Transactional Analysis (CTA) in Psychotherapy, Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Certificate in therapeutic counselling. PGCE Secondary Geography.
Post qualification I did extra training and gained a certificate in working with; Couples therapy, Disordered eating, Trauma, Personality disorders.
I am trained in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy. This helps you to increase understanding of yourself and how your past impacts your present. It gives tools to help you to increase your understanding of how you can help and support yourself in the here and now. These can enable you to become free to live a full life in the present and future.
I have gained a lot of experience in working with depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship difficulties. I have also supported and worked with a wide range of other issues including;

Women’s issues
As a Psychotherapist my areas of interest include linking Psychotherapy and neuroscience when working with trauma, working with Schizoid processes and working with neurodiversity

I work from private offices located on Cronton Road, Liverpool.
In addition to providing face-to-face therapy, I also offer online sessions for clients throughout the UK.

When you first contact me, we will arrange a consultation call. I will ensure you feel understood when telling me what sort of help you are looking for. Then I will invite you to book an initial appointment where we will agree together what help you are looking for and how I can help you. After this I suggest attending sessions weekly or fortnightly.
